Medium Blue velvet underglaze is a brilliant primary blue that is vivid at cone 05, becomes darker at cone 5, and maintains its blue color. A clear glaze over Medium Blue will significantly darken the color at any temperature.

**Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.**
