Ironstone is a glossy, dark glaze that is a deep chocolaty brown where thin with a beige-bronze float where thicker. Mixes well with other Potter's Choice Glazes.

Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
